London’s Burning
Children have loved learning about the Great Fire of London; including how it started, why it burnt for so long and the impact that it had on London as a city. As part of our learning, children designed and made small models of Tudor houses, thinking carefully about how to replicate the style of houses in the 17th century. Both classes then came together to watch a re-enactment of the Great Fire as adults safely set fire to the model village.
